Youth Cheer Camp Information

How do I set up a clinic?

  1. Contact your local UCA State Director or Varsity Apparel representative.
  2. Have several possible clinic dates and locations in mind.  The clinics will be scheduled on a first contact/available basis.
  3. Once confirmed with your Rep, advertise and take registrations for your clinic.

Requirements

  • You must have a minimum number of 20 participants
  • All registrations will go through the hosting organization's contact.  One check and registration will be given to the UCA office.

Build Your Own Schedule

$29 per participant for a one day clinic (9 am - 3 pm, includes a lunch break)
$55 per participant for a two day clinic (9 am - 3 pm, for both days)
Special pricing for half-day programs and three day camps.
Discount pricing available for groups/organizations over 100 participants.  Contact your local representative for details!

UCA wants to make sure your youth camp exceeds all of your expectations.  You’ll be able to use our YUCA sample schedule or you can “build your own” to meet all of the specific needs that your organization has.  Once your camp is set up, you’ll receive a booklet outlining all the requirements for the camp and class options available.  You can then use the YUCA class stickers to design your tailor-made schedule and organize your camp.  If you need assistance, our YUCA Staff Specialists are available to assist you with this process!

PLUS!  The lead youth director who sets up the Youth Camp will receive a Bleacher Chair* as a FREE GIFT!

COACHES’ PROGRAM:
For only $20, coaches that register with their group for a camp will receive:

  • A UCA Advisor Manual
  • Coaches Ribbon
  • Coaches Certificate

COACHES’ CLINIC:
For only $30, coaches will receive:

  • A UCA Advisor Manual
  • Coaches Ribbon
  • Coaches Certificate
  • AND 4 hours of certified training with topics of your choice. 
    This can be set up the night prior to OR the night of your youth camp!
