UCA Staff

• 90% of our instructional staff is chosen through in-person tryouts based not only on skill level, but also on an interview process that stresses charter, teamwork, leadership and empathy
• 60 hours of pre-camp training for all instructors
• 18 hours of additional training for all instructors
• All instructors are AACCA - certified with "safety first" approach
• Staff performance is continuously evaluated
